Garden Tours on Cape Cod

Memorial Weekend was a lot of food and fun. The ribs, chicken, beef and turkey were done to perfection. Luckily we were able to save some ribs for our granddaughter. They are her favorite.

June is definitely "busting out all over." Get on board (Cape Cod Museum of Art buses) to gaze upon the floral delights of 5 fantastic gardens on the Cape. This tour is scheduled for June 17th. There will be complimentary champagne and lunch while you learn horticulture techniques for the Cape's top gardeners. Call 508-385 -4477 for details.

In Sandwich on June 21st you may join others at the Heritage Horticulture Department for a one-day workshop to create a beautiful multi-seasonal living wreath. Call 508-888-3300, extension 102 for more details.

While on the Cape, we hope that you will stay at the Inn and take in our gardens. The wisteria is magnificant right now. We have two very old bushes that are just chock full of blooms and the fragrance is second to none -- the first, of course, being the lilacs, which are also in full bloom and are a delight to the senses. The lily of the valley, too, have added their fragrance to the Main Inn area. Soon the lilies and the daisies will be popping open, and the roses are always a treat. So come to the Cape and share in all of our horticultural delights. (And if you only have one day to get-away, check our one nights that are between two existing reservations for a 15% discount.)
