It is 5:30 and Hors d'oeuvres are out. Tonight it is a cheese platter with an Iberico, Camenbert and a pepper Cheddar. Bring your own drinks, or we have complimentary soda and bottled water. It is a great time to share with guests -- restaurant suggestions, adventures from their day, and ideas for what to see on the following day. Sometimes we even meet guests who know people that we know.
